This policy explains how H2OtoGo collects, uses and protects personal information through the H2OtoGo VIP Club, monthly contest, websites, forms, email and SMS programs.
2. Information we collect
We may collect your name, email address, mobile number, preferred or acquisition station, consent choices, QR or campaign source, form activity, communication activity, and technical information reasonably required to operate and secure the program.
3. How we use information
- Manage VIP Club membership and monthly contest entries.
- Send service messages and, when separately authorized, marketing messages.
- Provide local station updates, VIP offers, giveaways and WaterPass news.
- Respond to support requests and protect against fraud or misuse.
- Measure program performance and comply with legal obligations.
4. Consent and your choices
Service-text consent and marketing-text consent are separate and optional. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchase or contest entry. Reply STOP to any H2OtoGo SMS to opt out and HELP for help. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe option.
5. Mobile information
Mobile information and SMS opt-in data or consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
We may share information with service providers only as needed to operate messaging, CRM, email, hosting, security and support services, subject to appropriate confidentiality and use restrictions, or when disclosure is legally required.
6. Service providers
Above Roots Creative Group LTD temporarily provides marketing and Twilio administration services for H2OtoGo. H2OtoGo remains the visible sender and program brand. This service-provider role does not permit unrelated use of your information.
7. Retention and security
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above and applicable legal requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
